제목 Preparation of colloidal graphene oxide/polyaniline nanocomposites and their characterization
초록 As its excellent in-plane mechanical, structural, thermal, and electrical properties, graphite has recently attracted attention as an inexpensive and hydrophilic host. In this work, we used colloidal graphene oxide (CGO) as the inorganic host and synthesized the CGO/polyaniline (PANI) nanocomposites successfully, in which the PANI was synthesized via in-situ dispersion polymerization in the presence of CGO prepared via a modified Hummers method. They were characterized by SEM, TEM, XRD and FT-IR. It was found that the crystal structure of the graphene oxide nanosheet was obtained and maintained intact after chemical functionalization. The nanocomposites were also examined as electrorheological (ER) materials when dispersed in silicone oil and further tested the electrical conductivity. It was found that the nanocomposites exhibited a much better thermal stability than pristine CGO through thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA).
