제목 Effect of Simple Electrolytes as the Cathode Buffer Layer for Convincing Inverted Polymer Solar Cells
초록 Inverted polymer solar cells (iPSCs) can be attractive candidate for clean energy production due to their advantages such as low-cost process and mechanical property. Various cathode buffer layers (CBLs) have been introduced to improve the power conversion efficiency (PCE) iPSCs on the ZnO layer. Synthesize via significantly simple method to apply small molecular elctrolytes as the CBL on the ZnO layer. In order to configure favorable dipole which decrease energy barrier at the cathode interface, the materials made up of two functional group which are quaternary ammonium ion and bromide ion. Reduction of Schottky barrier can caused by generation of dipole moment by ions. Each short circuit current density (Jsc) of the device with the materials was increased up to maximum 17.96 mA/cm2 from 17.52 mA/cm2 (without CBL) as the result.
