Charactarization of Thermosensitive Hydrogel based on Chitosan and Pluronic F-127 for Adhesion barrier |
초록 |
Tissue adhesions occur after infection or surgical treatment, most frequently of peritoneum and pelvis. We prepared thermosensitive hydrogel based on chitosan and pluronic F-127 for adhesion barrier. The aim of the this study was to examined the preparation and characterization of hydrogel formulation composed of pluronic and chitosan.The physicochemical properties of hydrogel were analyzed by gelation time and temperature, viscocity, antimicrobial and scanning electron microscope (SEM) measurement. Also, invitro experiments correspond well with invivo observations on tissue adhesions. Therefore, the chitosan/pluronic hydrogel may be the potential to prevent postsurgical adhesions in clinical state. |
