제목 Preparation of Lithium Cobalt Oxide Nano Particles  by a Continuous Hydrothermal Process using Supercritical Water
초록 Supercritical water synthesis (SCWS) of LiCoO2 from cobalt(II) nitrate and lithium hydroxide aqueous solution was performed in a rapid-heating flow system. An optimum operating conditions of preparation lithium cobalt oxide with an single phase, single crystal and small particle are Li / Co molar ratio = 20, 400℃, 300 bar, residence time of 40 sec, and hydrogen peroxide of 0.02 M, which was used as an oxidant. In this research, we were able to synthesize continuously ultrafine particle ( < 1 ㎛) without side products, such as CoO or Co3O4.
