Micro-porous Polymer-coated PE Separator with Inorganic Filler for Lithium Ion Polymer Battery |
| 초록 |
A novel composite for a microporous electrolyte membrane based on PVDF-HFP-coated polyethylene separators with inorganic filler were prepared by a dip-coating of PE separators in PVDF-HFP/Al2O3-coupling agent/acetone mixtures, followed by electron beam irradiation. Morphological properties of the fabricated separators were analyzed by SEM and the results revealed that these properties were significantly affected by inorganic filler content. The effect of the inorganic filler on the electrochemical properties of the prepared membranes was studied by electrochemical AC-impedance spectroscopy. |
