The Effect of Diamine Composition Change on the Synthesis of Polyimide and their Film Properties |
초록 |
Aromatic polyimides are widely used for the substrate of the microelectronic packaging applications such as flexible printed circuit (FPC) and chip on film (COF). In these applications, polyimides demands low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) and low moisture absorption. To achieve the low CTE and low moisture absorption of, we tried to synthesize the polyimides by using 1,4-APB and HFBAPP, respectively, instead of ODA in combination with PMDA and BPDA dianhydride. The properties of various polyimide films will be discussed. |
