제목 Preparation of Manganese Dioxide/Graphene nanosheets composites  for high performance supercapacitor electrodes
초록 Manganese Dioxide(MnO2)/Graphene nanosheet(GNS) composites were prepared by a facile chemical precipitation. The structure, morphology and crystallinity of the composites were examined by Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Electrochemical properties were characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and Charge-Discharge Test in 1M Na2So4 electrolyte. The MnO2/GNS composites exhibit the higher specific capacitance than the original component. A maximum specific capacitance of 296F/g could be obtained at 0.3A/g. The improved electrochemical performance is obtained by both the MnO2 nanoparticle that offer large accessible surface area and the hydrophilic functional groups on graphene that facilitate transport of electrolyte ion and electron. These MnO2/GNS composites with high specific capacitance are promising electrode materials for supercapacitors.
