Polymer solar cells have been attracting considerable attention due to their unique advantages, as well as their application in flexible large-area devices. The polymer containing dithienosilole has attracted optoelectronic devices, because of incorporating the broad absorption spectrum and good hole transport property. And phthalimide has good mobilities of ~0.2 cm2/(Vs). In this study, we synthesized copolymers based n-octylphthalimide and dithienosilole by using still coupling reaction and investigated opto-electrical and photovoltaic properties by using UV, CV and PSCs. |
