제목 | The Electrochemical Properties of Nanocomposite Solid Polymer Electrolytes with Silicate Layers |
초록 | To acquire high ionic conductivity and maintain sufficient performance of solid polymer electrolytes for practical applications, we tried to prepare nanocomposite solid polymer electrolytes based on poly(vinylidene fluoride) with silicate layers as nanofiller. We studied the changes of crystalline structure in accordance with the content of silicate layers and the effect of these structural changes on ionic conductivity. First of all, from XRD and DSC measurements, we confirmed the dispersion degree of silicate layers in the polymer matrix and the degree of crystallinity for each sample. Also, we observed the changes of nanocomposite morphology with filler contents by SEM. Finally, ionic conductivity of nanocomposite SPE measured using ac impedance and maximum conductivity of 9x10-4S/cm showed in the sample of PVDF/C3/S40 that silicate layers are well dispersed in the polymer matrix. |
