제목 Diffusion-driven Spinodal decomposition-based smart polymer films
초록 We report a new Spinodal decomposition-based smart film system. For this, we fabricated temperature-responsive nanoemulsion films (NEFs) by alternate layering of nanoemulsion drops with bacterial cellulose nanofibirils (BCNFs) through the layer-by-layer deposition. The NEFs exhibited an extraordinary Spinodal decomposition behavior. When heat is applied to the NEF, the nanoemulsion drops uniformly diapered in the 3D network structure of BCNF readily inter-diffused to form the oil domains in micrometer scales. Taking advantage of this, finally, we demonstrated that the NEFs could be used not only for development of a patch-type drug delivery system, but also for the development of a temperature-responsive smart adhesive film.
