제목 Graphene/Carbon Nanofiber Nanoelectrode Ensembles for High-Peformance Capacitors
초록 Carbon-based nanomaterials have found a wide range of interesting applications in electronics, optoelectronics, composite science, and energy conversion/storage. As notable examples, graphene has aroused burgeoning interest among scientists because its physical properties offer strong potential for creating innovative technologies in various areas. In addition, carbon nanofibers have advantages such as high electrical conductivity, high surface area, and good chemical inertness. Here, we report the fabrication of nanostructured electrodes consisting of carbon nanofibers and graphene for high-performance capacitors. Synergistic effect of graphene and carbon nanofibers boosted the electrochemical performance of the nanohybrid electrodes, leading to enhanced specific capacitances. The proposed nanohybrid structures are expected to provide a good example for the design and fabrication of high-capacity energy storage.
