제목 Interfacial and Nondestructive Evaluation of Fiber Reinforced CNT-Phenol Nanocomposites using Electro-Micromechanical Techniques
초록 Interfacial properties were investigated for carbon fiber/phenol and CNT-phenol composites by electro-micromechanical technique combined with wettability test. Transverse interfacial evaluation was studied by the single fiber Broutman test under compressive loading. The electrical resistance of CNT-phenol composites was obtained using two and four-point methods. There were consistent results between static and dynamic contact angles on neat phenol and CNT-phenol composites. CNT-phenol composites exhibited a higher apparent modulus than neat phenol resin due to better stress transfer. Interfacial shear strength between single carbon fiber and CNT-phenol composites was compared to carbon fiber/phenol composites due to the microstructures of CNT at the interface.
