제목 | Photophysical properties of aromatic organic cation doped organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials |
초록 | Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials have got attention due to a finely tunable emission range by changing halide elements and easily doped any aromatic ammonium organic cations. To investigate spectral changes of the hybrid materials, we introduce 1,8-naphthalimide based aromatic ammonium cations to Ruddlesden-Popper type hybrid perovskite lattices. In addition, we changed halide composition to modulate energy level and bandgap of perovskite materials. In their chloride and bromide film samples, we observed two photoluminescence spectra that have sharp and small Stokes-shift and large Stokes-shift and specific vibrational states. The narrow emissions result from excitonic emission of perovskite lattice. However, we observed only one narrow emission from the lead iodide lattice. By changing halide elements, we could modulate the energy transfer process in a single structure. |
