제목 pH & Temperature Sensitive Biodegradable Block Copolymer
초록 The pH & Temperature sensitive block copolymer was synthesized by coupling the temperature sensitive block copolymer with sulfonamide (pH sensitive moiety). The various temperature block copolymers were synthesized by the ring-opening copolymerization of glycolide , D,L- lactide and ε-caprolactone with MPEG (monomethoxy poly (ethylene glycol)) and PEG(poly (ethylene glycol)) as an initiator, respectively. These block copolymers in the aqueous solution are shown the micelle-demicelle in the low concentration (below 0.5 wt%) and the sol-gel transition in the high concentration (above 5 wt%) with pH & temperature change. The micelles of these copolymer are shown the critical pH-sensitivity in the narrow pH range, and the hydrogels are shown the pH & temperature sensitivity, also. It is consider to be used as a good material in the field of the controlled drug delivery and targeting system.
