Ternary complexes of gene, peptide, and chitosan for co-delivery systems |
초록 |
The aim of this study was to co-deliver gene and peptide for synergetic action against tumor. The ternary complexes of gene, peptide, and chitosan was prepared by electrostatic interaction in aqueous solution. The ternary complexes was confirmed by electrophoresis. The particle size of them was evaluated by DLS. The result of tranfection showed that they was effectively delivered into cancer cell. The co-delivered gene and peptide showed that gene had a RNA-silencing action by shRNA and peptide inhibited tumor growth by mitochondrial apoptosis. This system will contribute to develop antibiotic peptide-delivery system.
