제목 Minimizing non-radiative recombination loss in perovskite solar cells using novel non-conjugated polyelectrolyte
초록 In the organometal halide perovskite (OHP) photovoltaic (PV) devices, non-radiative recombination caused at either bulk OHP absorber materials or OHP/charge transport layer (CTL) interface is the predominant factor to limit their performance including device stability. Therefore, for high-performance OHP-PV devices, suppression of non-radiative recombination is an essential strategy. In this works, we newly synthesize a novel non-conjugated polyelectrolyte for applying as interface material on the OHP/electron transport layer (ETL) interface. The novel polymer interface materials significantly suppressed the non-radiative recombination through the simultaneously surface defects passivation at OHP/ETL interface and managing grains of OHP. As a result, our OHP-PV devices exhibit a high power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 24.4% with 1.21V of open-circuit voltage and better operation stability, maintaining nearly 93% of the initial PCE more than 700h under continuous 1-sun irradiation.
