제목 | Interface engineering of efficient perovskite light emitting diodes |
초록 | It is important to arrange energybandgaps of the device, considering HOMO and LUMO values of the materials.Although Poly[bis(4-phenyl)(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)amine](PTAA) is commonly usedfor light emitting diodes and solar cells, it has a bit high HOMO value(-5.2eV) to use LEDs with inorganic perovskites. Here, it is necessary toadjust the band alignment through interface layer engineering. If the HOMO ofthe perovskite layer has a value lower than PTAA, the hole is not blocked andit is easy to move onto the hole injection layer (HIL). As a result, the Electron-holebalance can be more effective through designing energy band of the quantum wellstructure by laying 2D material on the interface. This structure blocks thehole-extracting and helps the excitons formed well with stronger bindingenergy. It can be expected to improve optical properties of PeLEDs. |
