제목 Synthesis and characterization of the reduced graphene oxide nano sheet
초록 The graphene oxide is of great interest nanocarrier in applications of drug delivery and controlled release. We synthesized bovine serum albumin (BSA)- functionalized reduced graphene oxide (rGO) nano sheet for the photo-thermal tumor therapy. We characterized the size distribution of BSA-rGO nano sheet, indicating that the size of GO and rGO was 200 nm and 150 nm, respectively. Raman spectroscopy and ultraviolet (UV)-visible spectrophotometer were performed to confirm the reduction of GO nano sheet and drug loading efficiency. Furthermore, we analyzed the effect of BSA-rGO nano sheet on near-infrared (NIR) laser-induced photo-thermal therapy. Therefore, this BSA-rGO nano sheet could be a powerful tool for tumor diagnosis and photo-thermal therapy applications.
