Photovoltaic (PV) devices utilizing organometal trihalide perovskite materials as light absorbers have been highlighted as emerging PVs. In this talk, various efforts to realize high efficiency and versatile perovskite solar cell technology will be introduced. Firstly, various types of inorganic and organic hole transport materials will be discussed. Moreover, our recent results about perovskite-based tandem cell approach will be also mentioned. Finally, a photonic structure-integrated PV, dual-function device concept, working as color filter and solar cell for building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV) and power-saving color filter of display, will be discussed. |
