초록 | An IoT-based device that can diagnose clinical samples,analyze and store data and synchronized with the healthcare center allows thegovernment to make the right decisions promptly during the pandemic. Herein, we present an advanced IoT-based point-of-care device for detecting SARS-CoV-2using a real-time direct reverse-transcription-loop mediated isothermalamplification. The diagnostic system is compact and able to automatically conducta series of sample lysis, nucleic amplification, and real-time monitoring of the fluorescence signals of amplicons. The microfluidic chip includes fourreaction chambers targeting As1e, N, E genes of SARS-CoV-2, and a negativecontrol. The microprocessor processed the captured images, real-time transferredand shown the data on a smartphone. |
