제목 Characteristics of a low temperature stabilization of poly(acrylonitrile-co-itaconic acid) with electron beam irradiation
초록 Poly(acrylonitrile-co-itaconic acid) (PAI) with different itaconic acid (IA) contents were prepared and characterized to identify the role of IA at room temperature. Non-thermal stabilization of PAI was achieved employing electron beam irradiation (EBI). Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) was employed for the quantitative tracking of the structural evolution of PAI during EBI process. Moreover, structural evolutions of PAIs were normalized with their amorphous ratio to investigate the characteristics of the stabilization process.
