The Effects of VPA of Poly(epoxy)imide |
초록 |
The poly(epoxy)imide was newly synthesized and improved properties. Poly(epoxy)imides were prepared by a reaction between a hydroxyl group containing soluble polyimide and commercial epoxy resins at 220℃ for 1hr. The synthesized poly(epoxy)imides containing VPA were characterized by FT-IR. Thin film of Poly(epoxy)imides containing VPA exhibited high thermal stability and good adhesive property. According to the scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis and thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA), it was found that poly(epoxy)imides exhibited excellent thermal stabilities characteristics at a given temperature. |
