In general, a solid-polymer electrolytes (SPEs) appear low ionic conductivity at room-temperature because most polymers for SPEs have either comparatively high crystallinity or high glass transition temperature (Tg), which decrease the mobility of the ions. In other words, it will be a reason of the decline of SPEs ionic conductivity. The organic–inorganic hybrid compound simultaneously has organic and inorganic features. Amorphous poly(propylene carbonate) (PPC) has drawn attention their compatibility with lithium salt, transparency, and transformable property into rubbery state. In this work, the hybrid matrix of PPC with an inorganic silane monomer was synthesized by the sol-gel processing. Additionally, to decrease crystallinity and glass transition temperature (Tg) put another silane monomer to hybrid compound through the sol-gel processing for high ionic conductivity. The composition, structure and ionic conductivity were measured by various analytical instruments. |
