Preparation of Poly (Phenylene Sulfide) / Polyamide grafted Graphene Oxide (Nylon-GO) Nanocomposite Materials for Engineering Plastics |
초록 |
Poly (phenylene sulfide) (PPS), commonly used as a high-performance thermoplastic, and nanofillers such as polyamide grafted graphene oxide (Nylon-GO) composite materials were successfully prepared for engineering plastic application. GO was prepared by Hummers’ method and Nylon was grafted to the as-prepared GO by using ε-caprolactam. Nylon-GO was analyzed with Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The PPS / Nylon-GO composite materials showed improved mechanical properties and thermal stability when 0.03 wt% of Nylon-GO was added into polymer matrix. |
