Acid/non-acid OCA showed sequential cure according to primary curing degree and exhaustion of all reaction sites after secondary curing. 0.6 J/cm2 light quantity sample at primary curing was not fully cured even after secondary curing and confirmed that the reaction site remained. For 0.6, 1.2, and 1.5 J/cm2 light-cured samples, which are fully cured after the secondary curing, uniformly improved adhesion properties, storage modulus, and Tg were observed regardless of the degree of primary curing. That is, it is confirmed that UV/UV dual curing is possible for both Acid/non-acid OCA and proper primary curing conditions for dual curing is observed (over 0.9 J/cm2). This study present new and beneficial processability in OCA process during mobile display manufacturing. |
