제목 Pressure-Swing distillation for separating azeotrope mixture of methyl ethyl ketone, water and n-butanol
초록   Because the mixture of the three components(Methyl Ethyl Ketone, Water and n-butanol) forms two different azeotrope points, it is a challenging problem to separate them by one components. In this research, we have suggested the process for highly-purified separation of the azeotrope mixture as using pressure-swing distillation. The feasibility of the separation has been analyzed with the residue curve maps. The process is simulated by ASPEN PLUS and we have optimized column pressure , column stages and the order of columns for highly-purified products. This process is expected to apply to separation process for various azeotrope mixtures, especially, for the production of Methyl Ethyl Ketone.
