제목 | Effect of the pi spacer unit of charge transfer type conjugated polymers with quinacridone for organic photovoltaics |
초록 | Owing to the excellent electrical and optoelectronic properties, semiconducting polymers have been attracting extensive attention in solution-processed organic electronics, such as field-effect transistors (OFETs) and photovoltaics (OPVs), which can offer large-area and flexible devices of next generation. Quinacridone(QC)derivatives, commonly known as red–violet pigment, show high crystalliz ability and self-assembly properties, they are receiving attention as OTFTs with high mobility. In this study, we synthesized alternating polymers containing quinacridone and quaterthiophene derivatives through Suzuki coupling reaction to increase fill factor(FF), short circuit current(Jsc) in the organic photovoltaics.
