제목 Effect of Conjugated 2D-Side Groups and Electrochemical Properties of Quinacridone Based Polymer Solar Cells
초록 The bulk heterojunction polymer solar cells (PSCs) are capable of solution process and can be manufactured at low price. Recently, two-dimensional(2D) conjugated polymers with conjugated side chains has always been the interest of academia. This type of polymers feature low HOMO energy level for high open-circuit voltage (VOC). Quinacridone, which is known as electron donor and high hole mobility. Quinoxaline is thought to be a acceptor unit due to the electron withdrawing properties of the two imine nitrogen atoms. Benzothiadiazole is thought to be a acceptor unit since it has a strong electron-withdrawing character.  Diketopyrrolopyrrole has well conjugated structure with strong π-π interaction and electron-withdrawing effect, which results in efficient charge transport. In this work, we synthesized and characterized four polymers with different conjugated 2D-side groups by Suzuki coupling reaction. We investigated the physical, optical, electrochemical and photovoltaic properties.
