제목 Heat resistant Thermoplastic ether ester elastomer containing Isocyanurate group by reactive extrusion
초록 The heat resistant thermoplastic ether ester elastomer(TPEE) containing isocyanurate group was produced by means of a reactive extrusion process.  Base resins were composed of poly(butylene terephthalate)(PBT)-b-poly(tetramethylene oxide)(PTMO). Hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer(HDI-trimer) was used as reactive additive and reactive extrusion was processed in twin screw extruder.  Their chemical structure were measured with Fourier Transform Infra Red(FTIR) and Proton-Nuclear Magnetic Resonance(1H-NMR).  Thermal characteristics were determined by Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC) and Thermogravimetry Analysis(TGA). Rheology was also characterized with viscous rheometer and mechanical properties were measured.  Long term heat stability was measured by using convection oven at 150℃ to 14 days. The heat stability performance of branched TPEE showed the materials can be applied to blow molding process and can be used as automotive boots part.
