제목 염료감응 태양전지의 고효율 및 안정성 제고
초록 Increasing energy demands and concerns about global warming have led to a greater focus on renewable energy sources. Dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) have a significant potential to be used as low-cast devices. Several RuⅡ polypyridyl complexes have achieved power conversion efficiencies above 11%. Some organic sensitizers can be used as promising sensitizers. Recently, we synthesized a variety organic sensitizer showing efficiencies between 6 and 9.5%. We are also successful in making efficient Ruthenium sensitizers. In order to obtain highly efficient sensitized, we have tried many approaches such as co-sensitization, tandem cell, and quantum dot. In this seminar, we would like to introduce a variety of methods to increase efficiencies and reduce the recombination, together with the fabrication method of cell and module.
