제목 Synthesis and characterization of methacrylate monomers with s-triazine ring for holographic application
초록 New photo-sensitive monomers containing s-triazine ring were synthesized and characterized for the application in holographic recording media. Two s-triazine derivatives, 2-cyclohexylamino-4, 6-dichloro-s-triazine (CDT) and 2-diphenylamino-4, 6-dichloro-s-triazine (DDT), were synthesized starting from cyanuric chloride. Dithol compounds were prepared by reacting CDT and DDT with sodium sulfide in DMF. The final methacrylate monomers were prepared by condensing these thiol compounds with methacroloyl chloride. Photopolymer solutions were prepared by mixing these monomers with binder, photoinitiator, nanoparticles and plasticizer. The above solutions were applied on a transparent substrate and then dried to give transparent photopolymer films (~120 m in thickness). High diffraction efficiency (>90 %) with fast recording time was achieved from the photopolymer film. Effect of solution composition on the diffraction efficiency, storage stability and sensitivity of the film will be discussed based on monomer functionality
