제목 Effect of PLGA/Duck Feet-derived Collagen and Hydroxyapatite Scaffolds for the Bone Tissue Engineering
초록 Collagen has been widely used as a potential biomaterial. Collagen has low immunity, high biocompatibility. In this study, we fabricated PLGA and Duck Feet-derived collagen (DC) based scaffolds 10, 20, 40, 60, 80wt% were produced by salt leaching methods. And we confirm characteristics of PLGA and DC scaffolds by FT-IR, Compressive strength, SEM, and EDS. Also, osteogenic differentiation of rabbit bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (rBMSCs) cultured in scaffold was evaluated by using alkaline phosphatase (ALP), MTT, RT-PCR, SEM. This study suggests that PLGA and DC scaffolds of easily produced and has possibility of applications for future usage in bone tissue engineering.
