제목 Preparation and Characterization of Waterborne Polyurethane Hybrid Dispersion Based on Urethane Oligomer containing Silane Coupling agent for Primer on Zn Surface
초록 ABSTRACT: The purpose of this research is to synthesis silylated waterborne polyurethane dispersion (Si-WPU) by soap-free (internal emulsifier) emulsion polymerization techniques. Polyurethane oligomer was prepared with silane group as the seed material, then Si-WPU was synthesized with silane modified urethane oligomer (Si-PU) by latex interpenetrating polymer networks (LIPNs) method and to compare their chemical and thermo-mechanical properties on the electro-galvanized steel sheet. There were various ways of combining a wide variety of silane coupling agents and diisocyanate in order to exhibit novel properties of waterborne polyurethane dispersion. Degree of reaction, particle size, contact angle, corrosion resistance and heat & humidity resistance are characterized by FT-IR, ELS, contact angle analysis, salt spray test(SST), spectrophotometer.
