제목 Fabrication of Porous TiNi Shape-Memory Alloy by Reaction Sintering
초록 Porous TiNi shape-memory alloy body was fabricated by reaction sintering method. An analysis for the structure of porous body was performed and related with the variables for reaction sintering process. The temperature and time intervals were determined over which liquid-phase sintering points responsible for a qualitative change in the TiNi phase of the reaction-sintered porous body. The relationship between structure and properties of the porous bodies were also investigated. Models for interactions between phases and phase transformations in the sintered alloys are suggested. The changes in the deformation parameters of the porous TiNi body seems to be correlated with an increase in the volume fraction of the TiNi phase.
