Transition metal oxides have been considered as highly promising thermoelectric materials, which convert thermal energy into electricity, based on Seebeck effect. In the study, we have manufactured thermoelectric NaCo2O4 nanofibers by electrospinning of sodium acetate/cobalt acetate/PVP precursors and following calcination. The crystalline and morphological features of the thermoelectric metal oxide nanofibers were investigated by using X-ray diffraction and SEM. In addition, the thermoelectric properties of NaCo2O4 nanofibers were characterized by measuring Seebeck coefficient, electrical conductivity, and thermal conductivity |
