제목 Development of Fluorine-modified Silicone Elastomer with Cryogenic Stability and Chemical Resistance
초록 Silicone elastomers have a unique molecular structure in comparison to organic elastomers. As a result, silicone elastomers are superior in heat resistance, electrical insulation, weather resistance, ozone resistance compared to general organic elastomers. Fluorine-modified silicone elastomers have characteristics of solvent resistance, chemical resistance, and oil resistance, which are aspects of fluorine-based organic materials and are applied in diverse applications. For semiconductor performance test materials and application of materials to automobiles and aerospace parts, cryogenic stability is required along with heat resistance, solvent resistance, and chemical resistance.  In this study, fluorine-modified silicone elastomer with superior cryogenic stability and chemical resistance was developed by modifying a functional group with excellent properties.
