제목 Method of reducing toxic substance(Silver nano-particles) using mucin from Aurelia aurita
초록 A silver nanofiber metal-based antibacterial substance is used in various industrial fields , but it can be accumulated in living organisms when it flows out into water or the atmosphere, damaging cell tissues and causing biotoxicity. In addition, jellyfish that have been bred in large numbers due to the effects of global warming have been designated as harmful marine organisms by the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries due to the effects of damaging their catches and preventing the intake of nuclear power plants. In this study, the toxicity of silver nano-particles was evaluated through zebrafish embryogenesis, and a method for reducing silver nano-particles was proposed by collecting silver nano-particles using mucin extracted from Aurelia aurita, a kind of jellyfish.
