제목 Electroless Silver Metallization onto the honeycomb Patterned Polymer Films
초록 we report an effective process for the silver metallization on the honeycomb-patterned polymer film by an electroless method without using metal catalyst for silver plating. Silver metallization into the patterned film was done by one-step process using organic reducing agent. Silver nanoparticles were dispersed to the honeycomb-patterned polystyrene template by dipping the polymer film into the aqueous solution including silver nitrate, polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP), tetrathiafulvalene(TTF), where TTF is reducing agent for AgNO3 and PVP acts as a role to assist dispersing of reduced silver nano particles. Derivatives of TTF are known that they act as electron donors and form stable charge-transfer complexes with a variety of organic and inorganic acceptor species. Degree of effect of dispersion of silver particles into the film was analyzed in detail by the concentration of component materials. Results show that the dispersion degree was greatly affected by the concentration of PVP.
