Preparation of Poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT) Nanoparticles by Emulsification-Diffusion Method for application of Solar Cell |
초록 |
In this study, P3HT nanoparticles were prepared by emulsification-diffusion method. Particle formation and size distribution were affected by solubility in water of solvent. Influence of process variables on the mean particle size of nanoparticles has been studied. It also was studied that effect of various speed of homogenization on the particle size. Particle size distribution, morphology and photoluminescent property of P3HT nanoparticles were studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM), and spectrofluoro- photometery, respectively. And possibility of solar cell was measured by cyclic voltammetry(CV). |
