In this study, analysis of products from saccharification process of ligno-cellulosic cellulose by the radical reaction with Fe-EDTA and hydroperoxide, analysis of products were perfomed through the separation of sugar substances by removing phenolic aromatic substances derived from acid group. For the reactants wood powder(Chamaecyparis obtusa) and methyl cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose and hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose were used. The results of HPLC and GC, the highest per conversion rate showed in 125℃, 50 wt% and GC-MS analysis of products show alcohol group and acid group. HPLC of saccharide material with RI detector, we could verify the molecular weight distribution of saccharide materials analyzed by GPC. From the GPC analysis average molecular weight for depolymerized wood powder is 702 [da], MC is 342 [da], HPMC is 744 [da], CMC is 758 [da]. From the amino column analysis, glucose contents of Chamaecyparis obtusa is 5.252 g/L, MC is 4.555 g/L, HPMC is 1.135 g/L. |
