제목 Investigation of agglomeration effect of SiO2/HDTMS particles in superhydrophobic coating films for high self-cleaning efficiency
초록  

   The self-cleaning property has attracted in industry such as photonoics, biological, and chemical snesors. Many technology has been applied to prepare superhydrophobic surface such as sol-gel and dip-coating. However, these methods still have restriction of coating condition and position to exercise industrials field and different substrate. The painting method has abundant potential to carry out the various fields for construct high roughness without solvent and substrate dependence.  
   In this paper, superhydrophobic silica films were fabricated using the brush painting method by adjusting solvent ratio to improve the roughness of the films from aggregation of nano silica particles. Hydrophobic functionalized silica particles with 10 nm were synthesized based on the sol-gel method by adjusting pH value via ammonium solution. Finally, the self-cleaning charactristic was obtained with a high contact angle of 160° and a low sliding angle of 10°.
