제목 Synthesis of Unidirectional Alumina Nanostructures and Bundles of Lithium Aluminate Subnanotubules with Various Surfactants
초록 The syntheses of nanostructured materials based on surfactant templating are generally conducted in aqueous or non-aqueous solvents to disperse reactants. The resulting structure depends on the surfactant/H2O ratio, the nature of precursor and preparation conditions such as temperatures and composition of solvent. In this study, we report a new synthetic route of thermally stable alumina nanostructures (P-ANS) without adding any organic solvent. The salient feature of this procedure is the production of unidirectional nanostructures (Alumina nanotubes, nanofibers and nanorods) in a single step. Derivatization of the resulting alumina nanostructures by inserting lithium yielded bundles of lithium aluminate subnanotubules. These materials appeared promising for applications in secondary batteries, hydrogen storage and nanoelectronics. Our procedure provides a single-step, low temperature route to different alumina nanostructures and lithium aluminate subnanotubules with thermal stability by varying the nature of surfactants.
