제목 | Synthesis of Mesoporous SiOC by using Anionic Surfactant Templating and Organoalkoxysilane containing Amino groups |
초록 | Anionic surfactants were used as structure-directing agents in the synthesis of mesoporous SiOC with large surface area, uniform pore size distribution, and high thermal stability. The obtained mesoporous SiOC based on water-borne silisesquioxane oligomer (APS) with 795m2/g were investigated by BET, SAXS, TEM, EA, 13C NMR, 29Si NMR and N2 sorption. The preferred structure was adjusted by varying the APS/anionic surfactant ratio, which allow for better control of nanoscale morphologies. |
