In-situ X-ray Analyses of Electrocatalysts for Electrochemical CO2 Reduction Reaction |
초록 |
Electrochemical energy storage and conversion have gained much attention for the past decades since they play a pivotal role in mitigating atmospheric CO2 levels, thus realizing a sustainable energy cycle toward the net reduction of carbon emission. In this sense, electrochemical carbon dioxide (CO2) reduction reaction (so-called, CO2RR) becomes ever important because it can produce value-added chemicals by reducing CO2 when paired with renewable energy resources. In this talk, I will introduce my recent works on CO2RR electrocatalysts for tunable syngas production. The main focus of this talk will lie on the way how to characterize catalysts that undergo phase transition during the given reactions by using high energy X-ray characterizations. |
