제목 Optical Properties of DNA and DNA-CTMA Films
초록  We performed spectroscopy on a free-standing DNA film (~57μm) and a DNA-CTMA film (~3.6μm) grown on Si substrates using terahertz spectroscopy, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and spectroscopic ellipsometry (SE). The optical constants and film thickness of DNA-CTMA in the visible-UV region were independently determined with SE. We extracted the complex reflective index of the DNA and DNA-CTMA films without Kramers-Kronig analysis in the terahertz region.
