제목 Morphology and Formation of Perovskite Layer according to Coating Process
초록 Perovskite is a unique material which has a broad absorption range, excellent electrical properties and low cost. In addition, perovskite has recently emerged as a promising material for flexible solar cells because it allows solution and roll to roll processes. For fabricate a uniform perovskite layer, the majority of methods use spin coating process which affords a uniformly coated layer. However, the spin-coating method does not allow flexibility in the substrate size and often requires large amount of solution compared to the area to be coated. In contrast, bar coating allows fabrication of a uniform thin film on a large area by using a small amount of solution. However, the bar coating method has not been frequently used owing to the difficulty of control for drying. In this work we applied a two-step method using combination of a spin and a bar coating. The morphology as well as the effect of drying conditions on the formation of perovskite layer was intensively investigated.
