제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Conjugated Polymer with 2,7-Carbazole Moiety Containing Phosphine Oxide Side Group
초록 Poly[N-octyl-phosonate-2,7-carbazole-alt-5,5-(4′,7′-di-2-thienyl-2′,1′,3′ benzothiadiazole)] (POCTBT) was synthesized via Suzuki coupling reaction from N-octyl-phosonate-2,7-bis(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)carbazole (POC) and 4,7-di(2′-bromothien-5′-yl)-2,1,3-benzothiadiazole (TBT). First, 2,7-dibromo carbazole was prepared from 2,5-dibromo nitrobenzene via Ullmann reaction, followed by hydrogenation and then cyclization. Next, the 2,7-dibromo carbazole was reacted with 1,8-dibromo octane and then with trimethyl phosphine, followed by boration, generating N-octyl-phosonate-2,7-bis(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)carbazole (POC). Finally, the POC was polymerized with TBT via Suzuki coupling reaction, followed by characterization with GC/MS, FT-IR, NMR, TGA and DSC. In addition, optical properties were also evaluated by UV-Vis and PL.
