제목 Synthesis of Coordination Polymer Particle-Derived Nickel Oxide Nanostructures with High Surface Area and Application for Urea Detection
초록 Nickel-based coordination polymer particles with multilayered shapes (mL-NiCPPs) are successfully fabricated under the assistance of modulators. The resultant mL-NiCPPs are then thermally treated at controlled temperature to produce nickel oxide nanostructures (mL-NiOs) with a high degree of crystallinity. The mL-NiOs show a relatively high BET specific surface area (112 m2 g-1) and a well-defined pore size (10 nm), hence exhibited significant potential for use in a variety of applications. The synthesized mL-NiOs were successfully deposited onto an indium tin oxide (ITO) serving as an efficient matrix for the immobilization of urease (Ur). The prepared bioelectrode (Ur/NiO/ITO/glass) is used for urea sensing using cyclic voltammetry (CV). The prepared bioelectrodes show a high sensitivity (22.39 µAmM-1cm-2) and wide range of linear correlation between electrical current and urea concentration covering the physiological concentration in human serum.
