제목 DUAL IONIC COPOLYMER FOR INJECTION OF DNA VACCINATION BY MULTILAYER POLYMER MICRONEEDLE
초록 Delivery of DNA vaccines via microneedles has more advanced than conventional intradermal injection. In this study, we present a synthesis of dual ionic copolymer PUSMN which release polyplex based on its pH sensitivity. The copolymer is synthesized via a combination of –OH groups in polyethylene glycol (PEG), sulfamethazine-N (SMN), 1,4-Bis(2-hydroxyethyl)piperazine (HEP), and –NCO groups in hexamethylene diisocyanate (HMDI) or 1,4-Diisocyanatobutane (DICT) to form urethane linkages. It is characterized by 1H NMR and gel permeation chromatography. Subsequently, titration property, change of charge and cytotoxicity is also investigated.
