In this study, Isobaric vapor–liquid equilibriumdata for a binary system of formic acid and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone weremeasured at 50, 20, and 10 kPa. The model parameters were estimated for non-randomtwo-liquid Hayden and O’Connell activity coefficient model and perturbedchain-statistical associating fluid theory equation of state. The results areconsistent based on AD, RMSD, and the AAD for the temperature and mole fractionof the vapor phase. These interaction parameters can be used for design of distillationprocess. |
